Tibor Pakozdi, Ph.D. is the Founder & CEO of AI.hr, where he builds secure and private AI technology and optimized LLM models for organizations that cannot send sensitive data to the public cloud. Drawing on a career that spans applied statistics, investment banking, and strategy at leading technology and finance firms, he helps regulated, high-context institutions adopt AI on their own infrastructure, with privacy, reliability, and accountability built in from the start.

Previously he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, leading Technology M&A and serving as Strategy Director (AI & Data) for the Global Investment Bank and product lead for its AI/LLM banking platform. Earlier he held strategy and operations roles at Apple and Google, and advised clients at McKinsey & Company.
He earned his doctorate in Applied Statistics from Heidelberg University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Biology from Jacobs University Bremen. He holds FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses.
